After completing the theoretical section of our Manual Handling Course, you'll seamlessly move to the practical training, which includes short instructional videos on safe lifting techniques.

How to complete the practical session:

1. Record a video of yourself demonstrating proper lifting techniques:
   • Lift an object from the floor.
   • Place it on a table or similar surface.
   • Return it to the floor, ensuring you follow the safety guidelines covered in the training.
2. Speaking in the video is not mandatory. The focus is solely on demonstrating the correct lifting techniques.
3. If you don't have a box, any suitable object can be used.
4. You will need to send a short video on WhatsApp (text messages only, no calls). The WhatsApp number of your assigned instructor will appear at the end of the course.

Our instructors will review your video, verify your technique, and update your records. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a confirmation email with an updated certificate that includes the practical portion.

The instructor's WhatsApp number appears at the end of the course. Send your short video there for review.
